Our intention is "going in, by moving out." Every planned adventure, movement practice and social gather will be reflective of Nature's expansion and contraction process. This is how we remain beings in balance.

September is the perfect time to be in this area of Montana. The weather will be in the mid 70s by day and 50s at night- perfect for outdoor activities and cozy firepit socials at night.

Whitefish is a wonderful little town with art galleries and breweries, walkable streets, a trail that encircles the town and takes you down to the beach. It's just a 40 minute gorgeous drive to Glacier National Park,GNP. (It's a part of the itinerary with entrance fee and transportation included!)
