Celebrate craft beer, local business, and community building from the brewery floor! This is yoga for EVERY BODY.

Classes are created and sequenced for the bodies that show up and the considerations of the space. We never attempt to make the brewery a studio- we honor the noise, smells, and vibe of a business at work. The students who come- some for years- are varied in age and ability. We get many first-time students and a lot of men.
​
Our teachers are well trained and enthusiastic, typically funny and free-spirited! The yoga is slower-paced Vinyasa, with longer holds between and always offerings of modifications.
